N2  - Im Zuge der Migrationsbewegung in den Jahren 2015 und 2016 hat die menschenwürdige Unterbringung von geflüchteten Menschen in Kommunen in Deutschland an Aufmerksamkeit gewonnen. Der Anstieg der Asylbewerber:innen in den Kommunen sowie die Bundesinitiative „Schutz von geflüchteten Menschen in Flüchtlingsunterkünften“ haben Veränderungen im Hinblick auf Schutzstandards in der kommunalen Unterbringung geflüchteter Menschen hervorgerufen. Der Artikel erklärt diese Veränderungen mittels einer akteurszentrierten organisationssoziologischen Herangehensweise. Grundlage sind empirische Forschungsergebnisse des Projektes „Organisational Perspectives on Human Security Standards for Refugees in Germany“ aus zwei deutschen Kommunen.
N2  - In the context of the migration dynamics following the years of 2015 and 2016, the human rights-based accommodation of refugees at the local level in Germany gained attention. The increase of asylum seekers in the municipalities as well as the federal initiative “Protection of Refugees in Refugee Accommodation Centres” have changed the protection standards in municipal accommodation of refugees. The article explains the resulting changes by means of an organisational sociological actor-centered approach. It is based on empirical research results of the project “Organisational Perspectives on Human Security Standards for Refugees in Germany” focusing on two German municipalities.
